كما ينص دستور البلد على أنَّ جميع القوانين والمعاهدات والتشريعات والمراسيم والأعراف واللوائح التنظيمية التي تتنافى معه تكون لاغية، بمقدار هذا التنافي، ولا يكون لها مفعول قانوني.

It states further that any laws, treaties, statutes, decrees, customs and regulations found to be inconsistent with it shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void and of no legal effect.

En ella se dispone, además, que todos los tratados, estatutos, leyes, decretos, costumbres y reglamentos que no sean conformes a ella se considerarán nulos y sin efecto jurídico en la medida de su disconformidad.
