A patient with a congenital aneurysmal abnormality of the meningeal artery is described, which was orientated towards the subdural space and was accompanied by a small subdural xanthochromic effusion of fluid and an asymmetry of the skull in the form of an undoubtedly smaller ipselateral half of the skull.
