The printed circuit board (51) makes thermal contact with the radiator unit (11) by being in a state of close contact with one primary surface of the radiator unit (11) via a thermal conduction member therebetween, and the solar panel (20) is adhesively anchored upon the chassis (10b) by being placed in contact with the other primary surface of the radiator unit (11) via an adhesive layer therebetween.
