وأضاف أن الشخص المحكوم عليه يستطيع أيضا أن يطلب إلى المحكمة العليا إصدار قرار بتأجيل تنفيذ الحكم أو استئناف الحكم أمام محكمة العدل الكاريبية بل أمام لجنة حقوق الإنسان.
