The present invention provides a method for processing a video by an image processing apparatus, the method comprising the steps of: receiving an encoded image; filtering an image frame reconstructed from the encoded image; dividing the filtered image frame into a plurality of pre-determined division blocks; compressing each of the plurality of blocks; packaging the plurality of compressed blocks in predetermined units and generating lookup table information which corresponds to each of the plurality of packaged blocks; recording packaged data; and acquiring at least one block among the plurality of blocks from a frame buffer memory using the lookup table information and decompressing the acquired block.

La présente invention fournit un procédé permettant de traiter une vidéo grâce à un appareil de traitement d'images, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : recevoir une image codée; filtrer une trame d'image reconstruite à partir de l'image codée; diviser la trame d'image filtrée en une pluralité de blocs de division prédéterminés; compresser chaque bloc de la pluralité de blocs; mettre en paquets la pluralité de blocs compressés afin d'obtenir des unités prédéterminées et générer des informations d'une table de recherche qui correspondent à chaque bloc de la pluralité de blocs mis en paquets; enregistrer des données mises en paquets; et acquérir au moins un bloc parmi la pluralité de blocs à partir d'une mémoire tampon de trame à l'aide des informations de la table de recherche et décompresser le bloc acquis.
