Dieepidurale ECG wird nach Aufklappen des Knochens vor Duraeröffnung von der harten Hirnhaut abgeleitet und erlaubt bei maximaler Schonung der Hirnrinde bereits eine gute Lokalisation corticaler Krampffoci und oberflächlicher Tumoren.

Theepidural ECG is recorded after elevation of the bone flap from the dura before opening it and, while preserving the cerebral cortex, it already permits to establish a good localization of the cortical focus of epilepsy and superficial tumors.
