During the period covered by the present report, ending 31 December 2001, the export of petroleum and petroleum products from Iraq continued, with cooperation among the oil overseers, the United Nations independent inspection agents (Saybolt Nederland BV), the State Oil Marketing Organization of Iraq and national oil purchasers.
