وإذا تعذر ذلك، تقوم الدول الأطراف القائمة بالاستعراض، من باب الكياسة وفي إطار الحوار البنّاء، بإبلاغ الدولة الطرف الخاضعة للاستعراض بأسماء الخبراء الحكوميين المشاركين في عملية الاستعراض ومعلومات الاتصال بهم.

Should that not be possible, the reviewing States parties, shall, as a matter of courtesy and in the framework of the constructive dialogue, inform the State party under review of the names and contact information of its governmental experts participating in the review.

De no ser posible, los Estados parte examinadores, como gesto de cortesía y en el marco de un diálogo constructivo, informarán al Estado parte bajo examen de los nombres y señas de sus expertos gubernamentales que participarán en el examen.
