Within a period of twelve months from the coming into force of the present Treaty a Committee of three jurists appointed by the Reparation Commission shall examine the conditions under which the objects or manuscripts in possession of Austria, enumerated in Annex I hereto, were carried off by the House of Hapsburg, and by the other Houses which have reigned in Italy.

A jelen Szerződés életbelépésétől számított 10 év elteltével azokat a feltételeket, amelyek mellett a Cseh-Szlovák Államot a jelen cikkben biztosított jogok megilletik, a felek megegyezése hiányában bármelyikük kívánságára a Nemzetek Szövetségének Tanácsától kijelölt döntőbíró módosíthatja.
