میهمان دار ابتدا خوشآمد میگفت و با حالتی حاکی از خجلت و شرمندگی تعارف میکرد و آنگاه غیبش میزد. قالیهای عشایری، به رنگهای زرد مایل به قرمز، که بافت بیروت بودند در اطراف چادر روی زمین پهن میشد؛ اما وسط چادر خالی میماند.
