A total of 19,775 member-consumers registered and attended the recently held 11th Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) last May 28, 2016 at PENELCO Main Office, Balanga City. This is equivalent to 11.56% of the total membership and is recorded as the second highest number of attendees so far in the history of PENELCO.
