At the same time, the Joint Expert Group explored the ongoing work carried out under other projects related, inter alia, to cross-border contingency planning, in order to get acquainted with these projects’ results and consider them in terms of its own work (e.g. the project on strategies for implementation of the requirements of the European Union (EU) Water Framework Directive under article 11 (3) (L) for the prevention and reduction of the effects of unforeseeable water pollution of industrial plants, and the work on mutual assistance in the event of accidental pollution incidents carried out under the auspices of the International Commission on the Protection of the Danube River).

Parallèlement, le Groupe mixte d’experts s’est intéressé aux travaux actuels menés dans le cadre d’autres projets sur les plans d’urgence transfrontières, notamment, afin de prendre connaissance des résultats de ces projets et de les analyser du point de vue de ses propres travaux (par exemple le projet relatif à des stratégies de mise en œuvre des dispositions énoncées à l’alinéa 1 du paragraphe 3 de l’article 11 de la Directive‐cadre sur l’eau de l’Union européenne (UE), concernant la prévention et la réduction des effets de la pollution accidentelle des eaux provenant d’installations industrielles, et les travaux relatifs à l’assistance mutuelle en cas d’accidents de pollution menés sous les auspices de la Commission internationale pour la protection du Danube).

В то же время Совместная группа экспертов рассмотрела вопрос о текущей работе, проводимой в рамках других проектов, относящихся, среди прочего, к разработке трансграничных планов действий в чрезвычайных ситуациях с целью ознакомления с результатами реализации этих проектов и рассмотрения их с учетом проводимой ею работы (например, в рамках проекта по разработке стратегий выполнения требований статьи 11 (3) (L) Рамочной директивы по воде Европейского союза (ЕС), касающихся предотвращения и снижения воздействия непрогнозируемого загрязнения вод промышленными установками, а также деятельности по оказанию взаимопомощи в случае аварийного загрязнения, которая проводится под эгидой Международной комиссии по защите реки Дунай).
