وإذا رأى مدير المدرسة أن الخيار الثاني لن يسمح للطالب بالوفاء بمتطلبات التعليم الإلزامي أو إذا لم يكن من المتوقع أن يكمل الطفل تعليمه بهذه الطريقة، فإنه ملزم بأن يبلغ بذلك السلطات المحلية في محل الإقامة الدائمة للطالب.

If the head of the school is of the opinion that it would be disadvantageous for a given student to meet the requirements of compulsory education through private tuition, or the student is not expected to complete his or her studies in this way, the head of the school shall be obliged to inform about that the notary of the local authority of the student’s permanent address or place of residence.

Si le directeur de l’école estime que cette dernière solution ne permettra pas à l’élève de répondre aux exigences de cette obligation, ou si l’élève n’est pas censé faire ses études de cette façon, le directeur sera tenu d’en informer le notaire des autorités municipales de la domiciliation ou du lieu de résidence permanents de l’élève.

Если директор школы сочтет, что знания, которые учащийся может получить в частной школе, не отвечают требованиям, предъявляемым обязательным процессом обучения, или что учащийся не сможет завершить обучение в частной школе, он обязан сообщить юрисконсульту местных органов власти адрес постоянного местожительства данного учащегося.
