At the same time, they turn a blind eye to the basic fact that the humanitarian crisis that has arisen in certain parts of Syria was caused and exacerbated by the acts of terrorism that armed terrorist groups have committed against the people and Government of Syria, particularly Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), the Nusrah Front, the Free Army and other associates and offshoots of those groups and of the terrorist organization Al-Qaida.
