يجوز للمدير التنفيذي، حسبما يُؤذن له بموجب قرار من المجلس التنفيذي لدى موافقته على ميزانية الدعم، أن ينقل الاعتمادات فيما بين بنود الاعتماد ضمن ميزانية الدعم مع مراعاة الحدود المأذون بها.

The Under-Secretary-General/Executive Director, as authorized to do so by decision of the Executive Board at the time of its approval of the support budget, may transfer appropriations between appropriation lines within the support budget, within authorized limits.
