Die vorhandenen Instrumente – präventive Diplomatie, gute Leistungen und Vermittlung – sollen auf Grundlage der Unvoreingenommenheit, beim Respekt der Souveränität der Staaten, ohne Doppelstandards angewendet werden, und im Falle der inneren Konflikte – im Interesse eines inklusiven nationalen Dialogs bei der Aufrechterhaltung der ethnokonfessionellen Einheit.

The relevant tools, such as preventive diplomacy, good offices and mediation, should be used fairly and impartially, while respecting sovereignty of States and without employing double standards, and in case of internal conflicts we should use them in the interest of an inclusive nation-wide dialogue while preserving ethnic and religious unity.
