كما تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف، ولا سيما وحدة التدريب المؤسسي التابعة للجهاز القضائي، إلى مواصلة عقد دورات لفائدة القضاة والعاملين في القضاء بغية ضمان إمكانية احتكام الشعوب الأصلية إلى القضاء بصورة فعلية وعلى قدم المساواة مع الآخرين.

The Committee also encourages the State party and the Institutional Training Unit of the Judiciary (UCI), in particular, to continue to offer courses for judges and staff of the justice system that are designed to help ensure that the indigenous population has effective and equal access to justice.

Igualmente, el Comité alienta al Estado parte, en particular a la Unidad de Capacitación Institucional del Organismo Judicial, a que continúe impartiendo cursos destinados a los jueces y el resto del personal del sistema de justicia con el fin de garantizar el acceso efectivo y en igualdad de condiciones de la población indígena a la justicia.

De même, le Comité invite l’État partie, en particulier l’Unité de formation institutionnelle de l’appareil judiciaire, à continuer de proposer des cours aux juges et aux auxiliaires de justice afin de garantir l’accès effectif et égalitaire de la population autochtone à la justice.
