دعوة الحكومة الإيرانية مجددا إلى إنهاء احتلالها للجزر الإماراتية الثلاث، والكف عن فرض الأمر الواقع بالقوة، والتوقف عن إقامة أية منشآت فيها بهدف تغيير تركيبتها السكانية والعمرانية، وإلغاء كافة الإجراءات وإزالة كافة المنشآت التي سبق تنفيذها من طرف واحد في الجزر الثلاث باعتبارها أعمالا منافية لأحكام القانون الدولي واتفاقية جنيف لعام # ، واتباع الوسائل السلمية لحل النزاع القائم عليها وفقا لمبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي، بما في ذلك القبول بإحالة القضية إلى محكمة العدل الدولية

To call upon the Iranian Government once again to put an end to its occupation of the three islands belonging to the United Arab Emirates, to desist from imposing the status quo by force, to halt the erection of any installations there with a view to changing their demographic and civilizational composition, to rescind all measures and remove all installations enacted or installed unilaterally in the three islands, inasmuch as they are inconsonant with the provisions of international law and the Geneva Convention of # and to pursue peaceful means for resolving the dispute in accordance with the principles and norms of international law, including acceptance of referral of the case to the International Court of Justice

Pedir una vez más al Gobierno del Irán que cese su ocupación de las tres islas que pertenecen a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, desista de imponer el statu quo por la fuerza, detenga la edificación en ellas de cualquier instalación destinada a cambiar su carácter demográfico y cultural, rescinda todas las medidas adoptadas y levante todas las instalaciones establecidas unilateralmente en las tres islas, pues son incompatibles con las disposiciones del derecho internacional y del Convenio de Ginebra de # y que emplee medios pacíficos para resolver la controversia de conformidad con los principios y las normas del derecho internacional, incluso aceptando que el caso se presente ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia
