خلال فترة السنتين 2006-2007، يتوقع أن يواصل مكتب الشؤون القانونية وشعبة التدوين التابعة له القيام بشتى الوظائف المتصلة بأهداف البرنامج، على النحو المبين في هذا التقرير، أي المشاركة في برنامج الزمالات في مجال القانون الدولي وتنظيم دورات إقليمية لتجديد المعلومات وتدريب المتدربين وتنظيم محاضرات في مواضيع القانون الدولي والقيام بوظائف الأمانة للجنة الاستشارية واللجنة السادسة بشأن بند جدول الأعمال المتعلق ببرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة ونشر المعلومات المتعلقة بتدوين القانون الدولي وتطويره التدريجي.

During the biennium 2006-2007, the Office of Legal Affairs and its Codification Division are expected to continue performing the various functions connected with the goals of the Programme, as described in the present report, namely, participation in the International Law Fellowship Programme; regional refresher courses; training of interns; lecturing on international law topics; secretariat functions to the Advisory Committee and the Sixth Committee on the agenda item concerning the United Nations Programme of Assistance; and dissemination of information regarding the codification and progressive development of international law.

Se espera que en el bienio 2006-2007, la Oficina de Asuntos Jurídicos y su División de Codificación sigan realizando las distintas actividades relacionadas con los objetivos del Programa que se describen en el presente informe, a saber, su participación en el Programa de becas de derecho internacional; cursos de repaso regionales; capacitación de pasantes; conferencias sobre temas de derecho internacional; funciones de secretaría para el Comité Consultivo y la Sexta Comisión sobre el tema del programa relativo al Programa de asistencia de las Naciones Unidas; y difusión de información en relación con la codificación y el desarrollo progresivo del derecho internacional.

Durant l’exercice 2006-2007, le Bureau des affaires juridiques et sa Division de la codification continueront de s’acquitter des diverses fonctions correspondant aux objectifs du Programme, telles qu’elles sont exposées dans le présent rapport, à savoir : la participation au Programme de bourses de perfectionnement en droit international, les cours régionaux de perfectionnement, la formation des stagiaires, les conférences sur des aspects du droit international, les services fournis pour assurer le secrétariat du Comité consultatif et de la Sixième Commission dans le cadre du point de l’ordre du jour relatif au Programme d’assistance des Nations Unies, et la diffusion d’informations sur la codification et le développement progressif du droit international.

在2006-2007两年期,法律事务厅及其编纂司预计将继续履行本报告所述同方案目标有关的各项职能,即参与国际法研究金方案、区域进修课程、培训实习生、讲授国际法专题、就有关联合国协助方案的议程项目向咨询委员会和第六委员会提供秘书处服务、传播关于国际法的编纂和逐渐发展的资料。
