كما أنهم لم يذكروا في التماسهم العاجل أنهم شرعوا في تقديم أي التماس للتسوية المبكرة لقضيتهم أمام المحكمة الابتدائية الإقليمية، أو أنهم التمسوا الانتصاف بطلب استصدار أمر بتحويل القضية للمراجعة أمام محكمة الاستئناف بسبب التأخير المزعوم للمحكمة الابتدائية الإقليمية في تناول قضيتهم.
