Die Anfangskontingente für die Einfuhr bestimmter Erzeugnisse der Sektoren Eier und Gefluegelfleisch aus Spanien nach Portugal sind im Anhang der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 619/86 festgesetzt worden. Die Kontingente für 1988 sind festzusetzen, indem der in Artikel 4 Absatz 4 Buchstabe a) der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3792/85 vorgesehene Mindestsatz der jährlichen Erhöhung von 10 % angewendet wird. Diese Kontingente werden den gemäß Artikel 269 der Beitrittsakte bestimmten Kontingenten für Einfuhren aus der Gemeinschaft in ihrer Zusammensetzung am 31. Dezember 1985 hinzugezählt.

ότι οι αρχικές ποσοστώσεις που εφαρμόζονται κατά την εισαγωγή στην Πορτογαλία ορισμένων προϊόντων στον τομέα των αυγών και του κρέατος των πουλερικών, προέλευσης Ισπανίας, καθορίστηκαν στο παράρτημα του κανονισμού (ΕΟΚ) αριθ. 619/86· ότι πρέπει να καθοριστούν οι ποσοστώσεις για το 1988 με την εφαρμογή του ελάχιστου αριθμού ετήσιας αύξησης του 10 % που προβλέπεται στο άρθρο 4 παράγραφος 4 στοιχείο α) του κανονισμού (ΕΟΚ) αριθ. 3792/85· ότι οι εν λόγω ποσοστώσεις προστίθενται σε αυτές που εφαρμόζονται, δυνάμει του άρθρου 269 της πράξης προσχώρησης, στις εισαγωγές προέλευσης Κοινότητας στη σύνθεσή της της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 1985·

Whereas the initial quotas for imports into Portugal of certain egg and poultry products from Spain are set out in the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 619/86; whereas the quotas for 1988 should be fixed by applying the minimum rate of annual rise of 10 % provided for in Article 4 (4) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 3792/85; whereas these quotas are in addition to those applicable under Article 269 of the Act of Accession to imports from the Community as constituted at 31 December 1986;

Considerando que los contingentes iniciales aplicables a la importación por parte de Portugal de determinados productos de los sectores de los huevos y de la carne de aves de corral procedentes de España han sido establecidos en el Anexo del Reglamento (CEE) no 619/86; que es conveniente establecer los contingentes para 1988 aplicando el índice mínimo de aumento del 10 % anual recogido en el punto a) del apartado 4 del artículo 4 del Reglamento (CEE) no 3792/85; que dichos contingentes se añaden a los aplicables, conforme al artículo 269 del Acta de adhesión, a las importaciones procedentes de la Comunidad tal como estaba compuesta el 31 de diciembre de 1985;

Overwegende dat de oorspronkelijke contingenten die Portugal mag toepassen bij invoer van bepaalde produkten van de sectoren eieren en slachtpluimvee uit Spanje, zijn vastgesteld in de bijlage bij Verordening (EEG) nr. 619/86; dat de contingenten voor 1988 moeten worden vastgesteld door toepassing van het minimumtempo voor de jaarlijkse verhoging van 10 % waarin artikel 4, lid 4, onder a), van Verordening (EEG) nr. 3792/85 voorziet; dat dit contingent bovenop het contingent komt dat krachtens artikel 269 van de Toetredingsakte bij invoer uit de Gemeenschap in haar samenstelling per 31 december 1985 is vastgesteld;
