بذل جهود متواصلة لتحسين دعامة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في خدمات المؤتمرات، وتكييفها لتلائم هذه الخدمات، بغرض تحسين الدعم المقدم لإنجاز النواتج الأساسية، من قبل جميع الموظفين سواء كانوا دائمين أو مؤقتين، والمتعاقدين، الذين يعملون في المواقع وخارجها.
