ووعد المدير العام المساعد بتزويد الفريق بأية معلومات تكميلية يحصل عليها بعد الاستفسار لدى إدارة الشؤون المالية بوزارة الأمن، المسؤولة عن توجيه الطلبات لحساب الشرطة الوطنية، والمسؤول عن المعاملات الجمركية بوزارة الدفاع، المكلف أيضا بإجراءات تسلم ما يُرسل إلى الشرطة الوطنية.

The Deputy Director General promised to provide the Group with any additional information that he obtained after checking with the Finance Department of the Ministry of National Security, which is the competent authority to place orders on behalf of the National Police, and with the forwarding agent of the Ministry of Defence, who is also responsible for completing the formalities for taking delivery of any shipment addressed to the National Police.
