본 발명은 간섭이 없는 편광된 조명들을 금속 물체에 동시에 조사하여 금속 물체의 3차원 형상 추출에 부정확성을 주는 영상을 제외하고 직접적인 반사광이 없는 영상들을 포토메트릭 스테레오(Photometric Stereo) 기법에 적용하여 금속 물체 표면의 3차원 형상을 신뢰성 있게 추출할 수 있는 금속 표면 3차원 형상 추출 기법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
