この発明では、固定子巻線のそれぞれが、絶縁被覆された、かつ接続部のない連続した導体線をm回(但し、mは2以上の自然数)巻き回して、直線部の端部間がコイルエンドで連結されて螺旋状に構成された巻線体を、固定子鉄心の所定スロット数離れたスロット対のそれぞれに1つずつ装着して構成され、コイルエンドが、連結する直線部間の略中央部に、径方向に所定量変位する頂部を有し、頂部での径方向の変位量が、a×d(但し、aは1以上、かつ(m-1)以下の自然数、dは上記スロット内に収納された直線部の径方向厚み)であり、固定子鉄心が、コアバック部およびティースからなる鉄心ブロックを周方向に配列して円環状に構成されている。
