وتهدف هذه الخطة إلى تمكين الفتيات الآتيات من الطبقات المحرومة اللاتي لم يسبق لهن التمدرس أو تركن المدرسة قبل الأوان من الحصول على تكوين مهني في المهن اليدوية، سواء منها التقليدية أو الحديثة (مثل القص والخياطة، والتطريز، والحبك) بالإضافة إلى دروس في التربية وتعلم القراءة والكتابة والحساب والألعاب الرياضية، مع تنويع هذا التكوين حسب احتياجات الأسواق المحلية

The objectives of the plan are to provide training for girls from disadvantaged families who have never attended school or have dropped out, with a view to helping them acquire marketable skills in various types of crafts, traditional or modern (such as dressmaking, embroidery and knitting), together with courses in education, literacy, simple arithmetic and sports, with the mix of courses modulated to respond to the needs of local markets

El objetivo de ese plan es ofrecer a las jóvenes procedentes de grupos desfavorecidos, que nunca asistieron a la escuela o que la abandonaron prematuramente, la posibilidad de recibir enseñanza de oficios manuales, tradicionales o modernos (como corte y confección, bordado, tejido) conjuntamente con cursos de educación general, alfabetización, cálculo y deportes, diversificando la formación en función de las necesidades de los mercados locales
