ボディと、傘受容部と、シャッタと、施錠機構と、を備え、施錠機構は、スライドブロック(4)を有し、スライドブロックのうちカードキーの挿入経路に面する主面には突き当て部(44)が設けられており、カードキーが所定の挿入状態にあるとき、スライドブロックがスライド可能な状態になり、この状態からカードキーがさらに奥方へと挿入されることによりロック状態が解除されるように構成された、傘保持装置Bであって、カードキーの挿入経路に突出片(22)が進退可能に変位し、突出片が挿入経路に進入する進入位置にあるときにスライドブロックの移動を阻止する一方、突出片が挿入経路から退避する退避位置にあるときにスライドブロックの移動を許容する、回動部材(20)をさらに備え、カードキーが挿入されてカードキーが突き当て部に当接させられると、突出片が退避位置に位置してスライドブロックの奥方への移動が可能になる。
