يجوز إجراءُ الالتماس المباشر وتبليغُ المعلومات بين الموَرِّدين أو المقاولين والجهة المشترية المشار إليه في المادة 16 والفقرة 1 (د) من المادة 17 والفقرتين 6 و9 من المادة 18 والفقرة 2 (أ) من المادة 41 والفقرات 2 إلى 4 من المادة 50 من هذا القانون، بوسائل لا توفِّر سجلاً لمحتوى المعلومات، شريطة أن يوجَّه إلى متلقّي التبليغ، بعد ذلك مباشرة، تأكيد لذلك التبليغ في شكل يوفِّر سجلاً لمحتوى المعلومات ويتيسَّر الاطلاع عليه بحيث يمكن استخدامه مرجعاً فيما بعد.

Direct solicitation and communication of information between suppliers or contractors and the procuring entity referred to in article 16, paragraph 1 (d) of article 17, paragraphs 6 and 9 of article 18, paragraph 2 (a) of article 41 and paragraphs 2 to 4 of article 50 of this Law may be made by means that do not provide a record of the content of the information, on the condition that immediately thereafter confirmation of the communication is given to the recipient of the communication in a form that provides a record of the content of the information and that is accessible so as to be usable for subsequent reference.

La convocatoria directa y el intercambio de información entre proveedores o contratistas y la entidad adjudicadora, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 16, en el párrafo 1 d) del artículo 17, los párrafos 6 y 9 del artículo 18, el párrafo 2 a) del artículo 41, y los párrafos 2 a 4 del artículo 50, podrán efectuarse por algún medio que no deje constancia de la información transmitida, a condición de que se dé confirmación inmediata del mensaje a su destinatario, por algún medio que deje constancia de su contenido y que sea accesible para su ulterior consulta.

Прямое привлечение представлений и передача информации между поставщиками или подрядчиками и закупающей организацией, о которой идет речь в статье 16, пункте 1 (d) статьи 17, пунктах 6 и 9 статьи 18, пункте 2 (a) статьи 41 и пунктах 2-4 статьи 50 настоящего Закона, могут осуществляться при помощи способов, которые не обеспечивают записи содержания информации, при условии, что сразу же после этого получателю сообщения дается подтверждение сообщения в форме, обеспечивающей запись содержания представленной информации и являющейся доступной для последующего использования.
