Wir begrüßen die Entscheidung des US-Staatsdepartements über die Aufnahme des in Russland föderal gefahndeten Doku Umarows in die nationale Liste der gefährlichen internationalen Terroristen. Umarow wird mit der Vorbereitung von blutigen Terror-Verbrechen im Nordkaukasus und in anderen Regionen Russlands in Verbindung gesetzt. Ihm wird auch die Verbreitung der extremistischen Ideologie angelastet, die auf die Bildung des weltweiten islamischen Halifats ohne Grenzen ausgerichtet ist.

We welcome the decision of the US State Department on the inclusion in the national list of most dangerous international terrorists of Doku Umarov, designated as "most wanted" in Russia, whose name is linked to the organization of bloody terrorist crimes in the North Caucasus and other parts of Russia, and the spread of an extremist ideology that seeks to create a worldwide Islamic caliphate without borders.

Saludamos la decisión tomada por el Departamento de Estado de los EE.UU. sobre la inclusión en la lista nacional de los terroristas internacionales más peligrosos de Doku Umárov quien en Rusia es reo ausente y con cuyo nombre están relacionadas la organización de crímenes terroristas sangrientos en el Cáucaso del Norte y en otras regiones de Rusia y la divulgación de la ideología extremista apuntada a crear el califato islámico mundial sin límites.
