The present invention relates to an ophthalmic treatment device, a control method therefor and a fundus lesion treatment method, the ophthalmic treatment device comprising: a treatment beam generation unit for generating a treatment beam; a beam delivery unit for forming a path through which the treatment beam generated from the treatment beam generating unit is irradiated into a patient's fundus; and a control unit for controlling the beam delivery unit to irradiate the treatment beam into a location adjacent to the lesion area of the fundus.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement ophtalmique, un procédé de contrôle associé et un procédé de traitement de lésion du fond de l’œil, le dispositif de traitement ophtalmique comprenant : une unité de production d'un faisceau de traitement pour produire un faisceau de traitement ; une unité d'administration de faisceau pour former un chemin à travers lequel le faisceau de traitement produit à partir de l'unité de production de faisceau de traitement est irradié dans le fond d’œil d'un patient ; et une unité de contrôle pour contrôler l'unité d'administration de faisceau pour irradier le faisceau de traitement dans un lieu adjacent à la zone lésée du fond d’œil.
