Uměleckým vedoucím tohoto hudebního tělesa je od roku 2004 Miloš Krejčí, pod jehož vedením vzbudil orchestr pozornost při mnoha příležitostech, např. 1. května 2004 v Žitavě - při oslavách vstupu Polska a České republiky do Evropské Unie, v Královské hudební akademii v Bruselu, na mezinárodních hudebních festivalech v Anglii, Francii a Itálii či během koncertních vystoupení v pražském Rudolfinu, v sále rozhlasu ve Wrocławi a v lipském Gewandhausu.

Unter seinem Dirigat erregte das Orchester bei vielerlei Anlässen begeistertes Aufsehen, z.B. bei den EU-Beitrittsfeierlichkeiten von Polen und Tschechien am 1. Mai 2004 in Zittau oder in der Königlichen Musikakademie in Brüssel, bei der Teilnahme an internationalen Festivals in England, Frankreich und Italien oder bei Konzertauftritten im Rundfunksaal Wrocław, Gewandhaus zu Leipzig und Rudolfinum Praha.

On 1st May 2004, the orchestra performed a concert in Zittau as part of the celebrations marking the entry of the Czech Republic and Poland into the European Union. They have also played in a host of different countries, for example at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, Belgium, various international music festivals in the UK, France and Italy as well as at the Rudolfinum Hall in Prague, the Czech Republic, the Radio Hall in Wroclaw, Poland, and the Gewandhaus in Leipzig, Germany.
