The exposure apparatus comprises: an alignment device including an X-axis alignment device and a Y-axis alignment device, the X-axis alignment device approaching a substrate in an X-axis direction from either side of a substrate so as to align, in the X-axis direction, the substrate which has been loaded onto a flat fixing plate of a shuttle device having fingers on which multiple substrates are disposed, respectively, and a driving device for loading the multiple substrates onto the flat fixing plates to be exposed, respectively, the Y-axis alignment device approaching a substrate in a Y-axis direction from either sides of the substrate so as to align the substrate in the Y-axis direction; and an exposure unit arranged vertically relative to the substrate aligned by the alignment device so as to perform an exposure process.

다수개의 기판이 각각 놓이는 핑거와 핑거에 놓인 다수개의 기판을 노광이 이루어지는 고정평판으로 각각 안착시키는 구동장치가 구비된 셔틀장치 고정평판에 안착된 기판을 x축 방향으로 정렬하기 위하여 기판의 양측에서 x축 방향으로 접근하여 기판을 정렬하는 x축 정렬장치와 기판을 y축 방향으로 정렬하기 위하여 기판의 양측에서 y축 방향으로 접근하여 기판을 정렬하는 y축 정렬장치를 구비하는 정렬장치 및 정렬장치에 의해 정렬된 기판에 대하여 수직면에 위치되어 노광을 하는 노광부를 포함하는 노광장치를 제공한다.
