وإذا تم التصديق على الطلب وقام مدير مكتب النقابات بوزارة العمل والضمان الاجتماعي بالتسجيل المطلوب، يصدر شهادة تسجيل بطلب من الأطراف المعنية ويأمر بنشر خلاصة من السجل، مجاناً، في ثلاثة أعداد متتالية من الجريدة الرسمية.

If the application is approved and the Head of the Trade Unions Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security makes the required entry, he shall issue a certificate of registration on request of the parties concerned and shall order the publication of an extract from the register, free of charge, in three consecutive issues of the Official Gazette.

Si dentro de la primera hipótesis el jefe de la Oficina de Sindicatos del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social hace la referida inscripción, extenderá certificación de ella a solicitud de los interesados y ordenará que se publique gratuitamente un extracto de la misma, por tres veces consecutivas en el Diario Oficial.
