وفيما يلي شروط تعيين القاضي: أن يكون القاضي بولندي الجنسية ومتمتعاً بكافة الحقوق المدنية وحقوق المواطنين، وأن يكون ذا سمعة لا تشوبها شائبة، وأن يكون حائزاً لشهادة في القانون، وأن يكون قد تلقى تدريباً في محكمة أو في مكتب مدع عام، وأن يكون قد نجح في امتحان تعيين القضاة أو وكلاء النيابة، وأن يكون قد عمل بوصفه قاضياً معاوناً أو وكيل نيابة معاوناً لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين أو بوصفه كاتباً للمحكمة لمدة خمس سنوات، وألا يقل عمره عن 29 سنة.

Prerequisites of appointment are: Polish citizenship and enjoyment of all civil and citizen’s rights, an unimpeachable reputation, a degree in Law, a passed examination for judge or public prosecutor, working in the capacity of an assistant judge or a prosecutor for at least three years, or in the capacity of a clerk of the court for the period of five years, and a minimum age of 29.

Los requisitos para el nombramiento son: estar en posesión de la ciudadanía polaca y gozar de todos los derechos civiles y de ciudadanía, tener una reputación irreprochable, contar con un título de licenciado en derecho, haber aprobado las oposiciones a juez o fiscal, haber estado empleado como juez ayudante o fiscal por lo menos 3 años, o como secretario judicial durante 5 años, y tener una edad mínima de 29 años.

Pour pouvoir accéder aux fonctions de juge, il faut être de nationalité polonaise, jouir de tous ses droits civils et civiques, avoir une réputation irréprochable, être titulaire d’un diplôme de droit, avoir réussi l’examen d’admission aux fonctions de juge ou de procureur, avoir exercé les fonctions de juge auxiliaire ou de procureur pendant au moins trois ans, ou de greffier pendant cinq ans, et être âgé d’au moins 29 ans.
