وتساءل عن السبب في رفض إسرائيل، إذا كانت بريئة من الاتهامات التي وجهها إليها تقرير اللجنة الخاصة، التعاون مع تلك اللجنة، وعن السبب في استمرار إسرائيل في منع اللجنة من زيارة الأراضي العربية المحتلة.
