وهو ينص على غرامة لا تتجاوز 000 2 دالاسيس (ألفا دالاسيس) في حالة الإدانة بإجراءات موجزة أو السجن مع الأشغال الشاقة أو بدونها لمدة لا تتجاوز 12 شهرا أو الغرامة والسجن معا.

It states that on summary conviction, a fine not exceeding D2,000 (two thousand dalasis) may be imposed or imprisonment with or without hard labour for a period not exceeding 12 months or both such fine and imprisonment.

Il prévoit, pour les condamnations en procédure simplifiée, une amende ne dépassant pas 2 000 (deux mille) dalasis ou une peine d’emprisonnement assortie ou non de travaux forcés pour une période maximale de 12 mois, ou à la fois l’amende et la peine de prison susmentionnées.
