ويشار في الفقرة 7 من التقرير إلى أن إغلاق المحجر المحلي الذي ينتج الحجر الجيري الذي كان مزمعا استعماله في واجهات المبنى استلزم تغييرات في مادة الكسوة الخارجية، وتعيّن أن تستورد اللجنة حجر الغرانيت لهذا الغرض من الهند.

It is indicated in paragraph 7 of the report that the closure of the local quarry that produced the limestone planned for the building exterior has necessitated a change in the exterior cladding material and that the Commission had to import granite from India.
