This adjuvant composition contains lauryl alcohol and propylene glycol, wherein the amount contained of the lauryl alcohol and propylene glycol is respectively 0.5-25 mass% and 8.0-99.5 mass% with respect to the total mass of the adjuvant composition, the lauryl alcohol is dissolved, and the result is for transdermal or transmucosal administration.
