Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Gleitlagerwerkstoff mit einem Matrixwerkstoff, der aus 2,1 - 2,6 Gew.-% Eisen, 0,05 - 0,2 Gew.-% Zink, 0,015 - 0,15 Gew.-% Phosphor, ≤ 0,03 Gew.-% Blei, ≤ 0,2 Gew.-% schmelzmetallurgisch bedingten Verunreinigungen und Rest Kupfer, wahlweise wenigstens einem Hartstoff und mit wahlweise wenigstens einem Festschmierstoff und Rest Kupfer besteht und wenigstens einen Zusatz, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Tellur, Schwefel, Chrom und Zirkonium aufweist.

The invention relates to a lead-free slide bearing material having a matrix material, composed of 2.1-2.6 wt% iron, 0.05-0.2 wt%t zinc, 0.01-0.15 wt% phosphor, ≤ 0.03 wt%, ≤ 0,2 wt% melt metallurgically-related impurities, and the balance being copper, optionally, at least one hard material and optionally at least one solid lubricant, the balance being copper, and at least one additive/addition selected from the group tellurium, sulfur, chromium, and zirconium.

La présente invention concerne un matériau, destiné à des paliers lisses, qui comprend un matériau de matrice constitué de 2,1 à 2,6 % en poids de fer, 0,05 à 0,2 % en poids de zinc, 0,015 à 0,15 % en poids de phosphore, ≤ 0,03 % en poids de plomb, ≤ 0,2 % en poids d'impuretés dues à la technique métallurgique de fusion, le reste étant du cuivre, facultativement au moins un matériau dur et facultativement au moins un matériau lubrifiant solide, le reste étant du cuivre, et au moins un additif choisi dans le groupe constitué par le tellure, le soufre, le chrome et le zirconium.
