RAJANDRAN (VIDES International), also speaking on behalf of the Black Hills Teton Sioux Treaty Council, urged the adoption of the draft United Nations declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples, because the Great Sioux Nation was rapidly becoming extinct owing to the forced assimilation tactics of the United States Government.
