وطبقاً للفقرة 8 من المادة 22، يجوز حذف اسم مرشح ما من القائمة إذا كانت مهاراته اللغوية لا تستوفي اشتراطات كفاءة المستوى الثالث في لغة الدولة، على أساس رأي مجلس الدولة للغات.

According to article 22, paragraph 8, a candidate may be struck off the list if his or her language skills do not meet the requirements of proficiency level 3 in the State language, on the basis of an opinion of the State Language Board.

Conforme al párrafo 8 del artículo 22, podrá eliminarse de la lista al candidato cuyos conocimientos lingüísticos no correspondan a las exigencias del nivel 3 de aptitud lingüística en el idioma oficial, previo dictamen emitido por la Junta Lingüística Estatal.
