ولا تجوز المراقبة للهواتف النقالة أو الأرضية دون الحصول على قرارات قضائية بذلك، كما لا يجوز مراقبة اتصالات الشبكة العنكبوتية (الإنترنت) إلا بأمر قضائي.

It is also prohibited to wiretap mobile or landline telephone or Internet communications without obtaining a judicial order to that effect.
