وأوجب الأمر عدد 2423 لسنة 1995 المؤرخ 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1995 والمتعلق بالنظام الداخلي الخاص بمراكز إصلاح الأطفال الجانحين على مدير كل مركز أن ينصص صلب الدفتر المختوم المسلم له من طرف الإدارة العامة للسجون والإصلاح على يوم وساعة الإيداع والخروج.

Order No. 2423 of 11 December 1995 on the rules of procedure of correctional centres for young offenders requires directors of such centres to record in a sealed logbook from the Prisons and Corrections Department the date and time of admissions and discharges.

В соответствии с Приказом No 2423 от 11 декабря 1995 года о правилах процедуры исправительных центров для малолетних преступников руководители таких центров обязаны заносить сведения о дате и времени прибытий и убытий в регистрационный журнал, скрепленный печатью Департамента по делам пенитенциарных и исправительных учреждений.
