وينص القانون الجنائي على معاقبة مرتكبي الاغتصاب بحق الرجال أو الأولاد، ولكن لا يُعد الأمر اغتصاباً إذا كان الجاني امرأة، وتكون العقوبات الموقعة أقل قسوةً إذا كان الضحية ذكراً.

The Criminal Code also provided for the punishment of the rape of men or boys, although it was not considered rape if the perpetrator was female, and the punishments provided for were less severe when the victim was male.
