For the purposes of this clause, "participating Province or Territory" shall include a Province or Territory administering a program which adheres to the common risk management program base for a NISA program, as set out in an Implementation Agreement between Canada and that Province or Territory.

Les participants qui présentent un tel état doivent conserver tous les documents d’origine dont ils auraient normalement besoin en vertu de la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu, notamment les factures de ventes, les factures d’achats, les relevés bancaires, le grand livre et les journaux comptables.
