ويوسع هذا القانون نطاق شروط التعليم الإلزامي والمجاني لجميع الإسبان حتى بلوغهم 16 سنة من العمر بهدف تعزيز المساواة بين جميع الإسبان فيما يتعلق بالمضمون الأساسي للحق في التعليم.

The Act broadens the requirements of compulsory and free education for all Spaniards up to the age of 16 with a view to promoting the equality of all Spaniards with respect to the basic content of the right to education.
