To prevent corporal punishment and other forms of ill-treatment of children in the family, juvenile delinquency prevention units in the internal affairs agencies inspect conditions at educational institutions, cultural entertainment establishments, sports facilities, clubs and circles, and at the place of residence, at school and at work and monitor the treatment of children by parents or persons acting in their stead and other persons to detect violations of children’s rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.

Con objeto de prevenir los castigos corporales de los niños y demás acciones negativas para ellos en el ámbito doméstico, los departamentos de las fuerzas de seguridad encargados de la prevención de infracciones relacionadas con los menores de edad están analizando la situación de la labor educativa en los establecimientos educativos, deportivos y de ocio y los clubes y asociaciones locales y examinando las denuncias presentadas por menores de edad, sus padres o tutores legales y cualquier otra persona en relación con una vulneración de los derechos, libertades e intereses legítimos de un menor de edad.

В целях предотвращения телесных наказаний детей и иных негативных проявлений к ним в семье, подразделения профилактики правонарушений среди несовершеннолетних органов внутренних дел изучают состояние воспитательной работы в образовательных, культурно-развлекательных, спортивно-оздоровительных учреждениях, клубах (кружках) по месту жительства (учебы, работы), рассматривают обращения несовершеннолетних, их родителей (лиц, заменяющих их) и иных лиц, связанные с нарушением прав, свобод и законных интересов несовершеннолетних.
