Nos focalizamos en describir e interpretar, los reclamos de los colonos aborígenes en la Reducción Napalpí y en la colonia Cabo Ñaro para obtener concesiones o títulos de propiedad de la tierra, que ocupaban y trabajaban, demostrando con ello las relaciones y negociaciones entre funcionarios públicos (Presidente Nacional, Gobernador Territorial, agrimensores e inspectores de tierras) y los caciques quienes reclamaban por sus derechos sobre el suelo.
