At the eighth session, the Registrar reported to the Tribunal on developments regarding the implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation and Relationship between the United Nations and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, including the issuance of a laissez-passer to judges and staff of the Registry and assistance provided to the Tribunal by the Treaty Section of the Office of Legal Affairs and the Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea.

En el octavo período de sesiones, el Secretario informó al Tribunal sobre las novedades relacionadas con la aplicación del Acuerdo de cooperación y relación entre las Naciones Unidas y el Tribunal Internacional del Derecho del Mar, incluidas las cuestiones de la expedición de un laissez–passer a los magistrados y a los funcionarios de la Secretaría y de la asistencia suministrada al Tribunal por la Sección de Tratados de la Oficina de Asuntos Jurídicos y por la División de Asuntos Oceánicos y del Derecho del Mar.

À sa huitième session, le Greffier a fait rapport au Tribunal sur la situation concernant l’application de l’Accord sur la coopération et les relations entre l’Organisation des Nations Unies et le Tribunal international du droit de la mer, notamment pour ce qui est de la délivrance de laissez-passer aux juges et aux fonctionnaires du Greffe et de l’assistance fournie au Tribunal par la Section des traités du Bureau des affaires juridiques et la Division des affaires maritimes et du droit de la mer.
