وفي 6 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012، قبض على سعيد الشبلي بعد استدعائه إلى مركز القرجاني بتونس العاصمة، واستمعت إليه المحكمة الابتدائية بتطاوين، وذلك قبل الاستماع إلى من قُبض عليهم قبلئذ يوم 4 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012.

On 6 November 2012, Saïd Chibli was also arrested after being summoned to Gorjani police station in Tunis and given a hearing at the court of first instance in Tataouine, all of which occurred prior to the hearing of the persons arrested earlier, on 4 November 2012.

El 6 de noviembre de 2012, Saïd Chibli fue a su vez detenido tras ser citado a la comisaría de Gorjani, en la ciudad de Túnez, y declaró ante el Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Tataouine, antes incluso de que lo hicieran personas detenidas con anterioridad el 4 de noviembre de 2012.
